◦ Where is my package?

Please refer to our Shipping + Tracking page, found in the main menu, to either check the status of your order or see how long it will take for you to receive your order. If your package has been deemed delivered or has been sent to the wrong location, please contact us at love@arimajewelry.com for further assistance. 

What is my tracking number? 

Tracking numbers are sent within 5 days or less. In the case that you do not receive your tracking number on time, please contact us at love@arimajewelry.com.

Can I change my order?

Amendments and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If your item has shipped, please check out the Refunds + Returns page for more info. 

My item arrived damaged.

Sometimes items get damaged while being shipped. If you received a defected or damaged item, please contact us at love@arimajewelry.com and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a full refund or a replacement. 

Why is my package coming from a country other than the one mentioned as the country we are based out of?

Great question! Since we source our materials from various places around the world, (pearls from Asia, Metals from Italy, etc.) We have a warehouse located in Asia that allows us to store and ship items to you without breaking the bank.
